We understand it’s not easy to ask for help. We started our Treatment Center because we wanted to be able to work for a facility where we would feel comfortable seeking services ourselves if we needed help. We are committed to treating each and every one of our clients with warmth, respect, and compassion. Please take a moment to get to know us. We look forward to also learning more about you

As a first responder myself, I have a particular interest in working with public safety personnel.
My therapeutic approach is client-centered, and my interventions are grounded in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Hi there! My name is Madison, and here is a little about me. I specialize in working with young adults, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, and integration of both health and wellness in a therapeutic setting. I also specialize in working with individuals within the fitness community such as (but not limited to): powerlifting, bodybuilding, CrossFit, strongman, individual, or team sports.
In addition, I assist individuals looking to incorporate healthy lifestyle habits into their daily routine and creating reasonable and attainable goals that can be followed and implemented long-term.
Some of the approaches I take naturally involve existential theory, psychoanalytic and attachment theory, however I am not limited based on client needs and take the best-fit, eclectic approach. I enjoy involving creativity and self-expression in the therapeutic process, and finding healthy ways of personal catharsis.
In my free time I compete in powerlifting nationally, create art through various mediums, and enjoy spending time with my loved ones and in nature.
